Describe your business for us:

Smoochie Couture was something that has been in the works since I was a little girl, whether I knew it or not! I always made clothing for my Barbie dolls, paper dolls and well, my animals! When I was pregnant with my son, I got put on bed rest and was losing my mind so I started to sew. I hadn’t used a machine since 7^th grade home economics, but somehow I could sew more than a straight line. When my son was born, I was so frustrated they never had cute boy accessories. So I would get these ideas in my head and think “I can do that”. Of course it quickly grew to making girl items as well! One thing led to another and “Smoochie Couture” was born! After tossing around what seemed like a million names, I went ahead and named it after my son. He has the unfortunate luck of having the nickname of “Smoochie”. So like the name, I like to provide unique items, not something you see everyday. I love neutral colors, but I also love bright colors. I love being creative in my work, and I love seeing my work in action. As busy and sometimes stressful as it is, it’s always worth the end result! I hope that all my love and imagination is evident  in the pieces that I make!

What is your current turn around time?

My current turn around time is 2 weeks or less!
