Describe your business for us:

Hi! I am a stay at home mom to two fabulously fun children and a hubby who supports my fiber addiction. My son is 5 and my daughter is 4. We have two cats and two newfoundland puppies. It can be said that there is never a dull moment in my home, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love bright colors, simple but fun designs that are both appealing to mom's and photographers alike. I put a lot of love into each piece I create and am continually inspired by the knowledge that something I create goes on it's own journey to warm a sweet babe or will be worn by a spunky toddler. I taught myself to knit about 9 years ago as a way to destress. I had no idea that I would come to love it so! I have taught myself to spin my own fiber and am currently learning to process raw wool and dye my own fiber too.

What is your current turn around time?

 From September thru December is my busy season and it takes me longer to get things out due to the sheer volume of orders that come in. It can take about 21 days to get an order completed and shipped. After December 22nd the wait time goes back to 7-9 days for made to order pieces.

Anything else you want to share?
I am often asked how I came up with the name milkmoney for my shop. My children are huge milk drinkers and we go thru at least 3-4 gallons of milk a week. My shop along with letting me be creative greatly helps out with the milk budget.
