Describe your business for us:

Belly Of A Whale was born June 2011, birth month of owner Ms. Jonah.  Prior to June 2011 we were known as Maluhia/Maluhia Designs since 2005.  Ms. Jonah started making hula instrument bags and garment bags for her hula sister back in 2002 and then discovered Japanese Fabrics in 2008.  When Ms. Jonah retired from hula in 2009 she slowly focused her business into make "kawaii" accessories using imported Japanese fabrics.  All of our products are handmade in Ms. Jonah's sewing studio outside of Seattle, WA.  Each item is tested by her friends and family.

Belly Of A Whale will participating at the EtsyRain Holiday Show, Nov 26-27 at The Intiman Theater in Seattle Center and Urban Craft Uprising, Dec 3 & 4 at The Exhibition Hall at Seattle Center.

What is your current turn around time?

Most of items are ready to ship.  Custom orders usually have a 5-10 day turn around time.
